Our Design Process
Medical equipment and products require meticulous attention to details to produce product specifications that account for high performance, reliability and safety. We carry out this effort initially in collaboration with our customer to produce a development plan that defines all aspects of the product.
We believe in arming our engineering staff with the best CAD tools, software, AI tools, and carry out frequent design reviews to ensure performance is met. We pay special attention to areas where innovation is needed with feasibility reviews.
For product qualification, in addition to our lab, we use competent certification test labs, and lead the effort to complete qualification tests resulting in the best possible performance. Our engineers have extensive experience in manufacturing and test processes with large and small companies which is crucial for continuous quality of the products.
